Caring Democracies

This presentation explores the inter-relatedness of society and how an ethic of caring is related to the idea of a caring society, and how that plays out in terms of concepts such as community, markets and social justice.

Caring and Pedagogy

An important element of care ethics revolves around the question of how care is taught (here we assume it is not innate), and therefore, how an ethics of care informs a pedagogy of care. This presentation discusses these considerations and relates it, to a degree, with my own approach to teaching and learning.
