Peer Feedback Analysis
Category: Diagnostic Analytics
Kritik.io (pronounced “critiqueâ€) analyzes peer feedback students give one another to determine whether the feedback is “substantial†as opposed to, I guess, shallow. Depending on the settings, the AI will actually prevent learners from posting feedback that fails to meet the minimum standard required. I suppose there is a sense in which this could also be categorized as prescriptive when used that way. But I have chosen to label it diagnostic because in the first place it gives feedback to the student as to whether their peer feedback is substantial enough to be of benefit for the target to know how to improve their work.
